Realtor may hold Open House. Offers received and negotiated. Realtor provides Seller’s Net Sheet to determine best offer.
Offer accepted. Earnest Money to Title Company and Option Fee to Seller.
Buyer’s Inspections Completed. Negotiate price or agree to make requested repairs. If Necessary Amendments completed. Buyer’s Option Period Ends. Title Commitment Reviewed and Accepted.
Appraisal ordered by Lender and completed. Negotiate contract price if appraisal doesn’t make value. If necessary new Survey ordered. If Necessary Amendments completed.
Buyer’s Financial Contingency Expires. Buyer’s Loan is Cleared to Close. Buyer’s final walk thru performed.
Schedule Move. Schedule utilities to be transferred.
